Are you related to the Celebrity Cake Shop in McAllen, TX and do you share the same recipes?
Yes! We are the daughter and son-in-law of Celebrity Cake Shop. After 37 years of business our parents are semi-retired and have entrusted the cookie recipe onto us. We are now a third generation Romero bakery business owner! Our parents are still well and help behind-the-scenes to bake, package, promote and advise in the business.
Do you have a retail location?
Not yet! But we are actively working on leasing a space in Tulsa, OK.
Where do you bake out of?
We are members of Kitchen 66, a 2,800 square foot kitchen facility at the Mother Road Market located in Tulsa, OK, which rents out their equipment and space to food entrepreneurs.
I live in Tulsa, OK and prefer to pick up my cookies rather than have them shipped. How do I do this?
You can usually find us at Cherry Street Farmer’s Market on any given Saturday during the Spring Time. We are also available Mother Road Market Kitchen 66 General Store in Tulsa, OK.

Do you cater to events?
Yes! We can do large orders, party trays and corporate gifts and can do local delivery where necessary. Send us an email
SHIPPING, DELIVERY ONLINE ORDERS AND PROMOTIONS
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh.
For online orders and shipping, we bake on Sunday and ship out on Monday, so that you may receive your priority package in 1-3 business days USPS.
Keep in mind -- Cookies can melt in warm weather or boxes can get stuck at distribution centers over the weekend, therefore we prefer not to let packages be transported over the weekend.
What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS - Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) for packages greater than 1lb
USPS - First Class Mail for packages less than 1lb
Both Priority Mail and First Class Mail come with tracking information that will be uploaded to your order upon shipment.
What is Felizsta’s return policy?
I received some cookies and some of them were broken. Can I get a partial return?
We pack all our cookies in tins that are sealed and padded with foam, crinkle cut and bubble wrap.
We also add a 'Perishable/Fragile' sticker to all our shipments. However, it's still possible some cookies may break in transit. When you order cookies at Felizsta.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.
What Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
My shipping address is wrong. How do I change it?
If it’s not too late (post label creation or shipment) we’ll help you get your cookies to the right place. Send us an email
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
Help, my package is missing!
Send us an email with your order number and we’ll help you find it. Please note: Felizsta is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.

How do I redeem a promo code?

DIETARY INFORMATION & COOKIE CARE
What major allergens are found in your cookies?
Our cookies contain: dairy, soy, tree nuts, eggs and wheat. Please note -- Our product is produced in a shared licensed kitchen and we cannot guarantee that the product was not exposed to other traces of allergens.
What’s the shelf life of Felizsta’s cookies?
Our cookies are made-from-scratch and contain no preservatives of any kind. You can expect your cookies to taste fresh for up to two weeks after receiving them if kept in sealed packaging and out of the sun. Room temperature is probably best.
To extend the freshness, we do have some customers that freeze or refrigerate your cookies, but we recommend just enjoying them within a week!

What is the lead time for custom orders?
Most custom orders require at least 2 weeks lead time. Shipping adds an additional 1-5 business days.
